In the app
Open Fireside Party, tap the gear icon at the top right and choose Delete my account. That's all.
Without the app: with your backup key
Your backup key (WT-…) is the key the app asked you to save when you created your account. Enter it here to delete the account it belongs to.
What gets deleted
- your account: display name, friend code, backup key and the keys of all your devices,
- all characters in your account,
- everyone you follow and everyone who follows you.
Everything is deleted from our database immediately, and from its restore history within 7 days at most. We don't keep anything. Characters you added by hand for friends were never on our server; they stay on your phone until you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
No app and no backup key?
Your account isn't linked to your name, email address or phone number, so without the app or the backup key we can't tell whether an account is yours. Write to us at info@systeme-digital.de with your friend code and display name, and we'll work out with you how to verify it.

In der App
Öffnen Sie Fireside Party, tippen Sie oben rechts auf das Zahnrad und wählen Sie Delete my account.
Ohne App: mit dem Sicherungsschlüssel
Ihr Sicherungsschlüssel (WT-…) ist der Schlüssel, den Sie beim Anlegen des Kontos speichern sollten. Geben Sie ihn oben im Formular ein („Backup key“), bestätigen Sie mit dem Häkchen und tippen Sie auf „Delete account permanently“.
Was gelöscht wird
Ihr Konto mit Anzeigenamen, Freundescode, Sicherungsschlüssel und den Schlüsseln aller Ihrer Geräte, alle Spielfiguren in Ihrem Konto sowie alle Follows in beide Richtungen. Die Daten werden sofort aus unserer Datenbank gelöscht und spätestens nach 7 Tagen auch aus deren Wiederherstellungsverlauf. Wir behalten nichts zurück. Spielfiguren, die Sie für Freunde von Hand eingetragen haben, waren nie auf unserem Server. Sie bleiben auf Ihrem Handy, bis Sie die App deinstallieren oder ihren Speicher leeren.
Keine App und kein Sicherungsschlüssel?
Ihr Konto ist nicht mit Ihrem Namen, Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse oder Telefonnummer verbunden. Ohne App oder Sicherungsschlüssel können wir daher nicht erkennen, ob ein Konto Ihnen gehört. Schreiben Sie uns an info@systeme-digital.de mit Freundescode und Anzeigenamen, dann klären wir gemeinsam, wie Sie das nachweisen können.
